Founded on Experience
We're two critical care nurses who've spent years running on caffeine, adrenaline and purpose. We've worked through the codes, the chaos, the good days, and the heartbreaks. And we've done it all in scrubs that never really fit what the job demands or who we are.
After one too many shifts that left us drained (and uncomfortable), we decided it was time to change that.
That's how New Era•••Ours (N.E.O.) came to life•••apparel created by real professionals, built for every role that keeps the world moving. We wanted gear that could keep up; pieces that move with you, look good, and actually make you feel like yourself on and off the clock.
